No. Bluetooth is a technology that involves a hardware component. It is not a computer program like java.
Bluetooth amounts to a low-power privately tuned FM radio transceiver. It will send and receive data with other Bluetooth devices only...
If the transmitter/receiver isn't on board, then nothing on Earth will make it work.

no you can't do that because the bluetooth needs to be integrated in the phone.

you can buy a bluetooth adapter at www.jr.com, they say it works with any phone.

Only if it has the technology in the phone. You need to find out if it is blue tooth compatible first. If not then forget it and move on with your life
