My good memories are painful, and my bad memories are even more painful. Every memory I seem to have just hurts.
I wish my mind was blank...ever had the feeling? Like your mind is suffocating in memories and your heart is just heavy.
I guess this is just one those days where I can completely understand why God made breathing involuntary.
Whatever, life goes on, right?

Sure, I think we all have moments, days, years like that. I often make my hand into the gun that I used to when I was a kid and point it at my temple. You gotta shake it off and let it go, because you cant change the things behind you.
Here's a memory for you, your memories are not you.
Okay, the things that happen to us in our life help shape us into the humans we become but YOU have to be proactive and create positive memories for yourself.
From today, take the stand, make sure its all good.
And remember "**** just doesn't happen, some ***-hole makes it happen".

Yes I've felt that way before. I don't have many good memories but I have tons of bad ones and there are times I wish I could forget all of them and just be a new person. But then again, none of us can escape bad memories either. It hurts sometimes but that's how life can be. Hopefully you will start to have some good memories that will outnumber your bad ones.

noo...i am sure u dont wish to do that...each memory represnts experience u gained thru life...no matter how bad that memory is...look back at them..learn...laugh...and continue goin on with ur life with an optimistic point of view...that the past wont be in ur future!
