Why can't you do much more on it? Is it because you are not interested in it and just doing it because you have to or "suppose" to? You can't do something and do it well if you don't like it or aren't suited for it. Talk to the individual who sent you from the job center and tell them up straight it is not working out for you.....you have to look for something you will be satisfied with and enjoy, surly they can understand that. There always hear me now....always options and other choices you just have to look and not be sitting there getting more depressed which will accomplish nothing. You are merely in a temporary slump which will come to pass. So the way I see it.....make up your mind you are going in with a positive attitude things will be resolved to your satisfaction. Get out a pencil and paper right now. Think it over and jot down several jobs you would like to check out for prospective choices. When you go to the job center take your paper and be postive when you talk to them. Let them know you have a desire to work but not just at anything something that interests you and that is where you are willing to start. Now you need to snap out of gloom and doom....things are going to turn around because you have some direction. There is nothing wrong you have just become overwhelmed by a situation you feel you have no control over, not so.....you take the bull by the horns, and when you get going on the new job route you email me and tell me what it is. I'll be waiting to hear! Good Luck....I'm counting on you...YOU can do it!

Like someone has already pointed out seems you may be suffering from a little depression. If you are stressed about going to this job they have sent you on and you hate it go back to the job centre and explain this to them and that it is making you feel ill the thought of doing a job you do not want.
I have been in a job that I absolutely hated and it made me feel very down so I left because could not do it but I am now in a job that I love more than anything, well apart from me little lad of course. Good luck you will be fine.

I'm so sorry you're feeling upset! I'm not very good at giving advice but you sound sad because you really want a job but feel like you can't do one. I think the best thing to do is to maybe go to the Job Center that sent you to do the job and talk to them about it. Maybe you can come up w/ a solution after talking to them. I hope you feel better and I hope everything works out 4 you! =)

Might be that you have depression. You should go and see your Doctor and also talk to a therapist and try to find out what is causing this.

I have anxiety and depression and have been trying an alternative therapy called Emotional Freedom Technique and it has really worked for me and helped me a lot. Since using it I have been feeling a lot better. It's very good at getting rid of all kinds of negative emotions and dealing with all kinds of issues quickly. It does sound bizarre but does work. Might be something that can help you.

when I have a problem I always seek someone older and wiser to ask for advice. You need to find something in life that can motivate you to work. If you have some good friends with decent jobs you could ask about what their work is really like. You can always go to school and get a degree of some kind if you do not already have one. It is important to feel good about yourself. I have two cats, one dog, and one rabbit. They make me feel good and calm. You can seek counseling if worst comes to worst. To me it sounds like you need someone to sit with you and listen to all you have to say. Get out in the world try some new things. Meet new people and you never know what will happen.

run somewhere, like a hill or something and then just sit on it and think no one should bother you there, at the same time you get rid of some of that stress/sadness don't worry i felt the same way when relatives died. there was a ramp that happened to be near both my grandparents house when my aunt died we were @ my g-money's house and when my grandpa died we were @ his house, while i was sitting there getting consoled by a lot of ppl i didn't know i was so close to just getting up and running to that ramp

Sounds like classic depression. You didnt say how long it has been going on, but you should probably talk to a doctor about it.

sit down and right out everything your feeling/thinking, it doesn't have o be in order just let it out, and then read it, if that doesn't give you any answers you should probably see some one to talk to
