have you ever seen a real ghost?

or what kind of experiences have you had to make you think there is a ghost around you.

I have never seen one, but I know I've been near one if not more than one. It's a certain feeling I get and things that have happened to me in spooky older places. I believe in them wholeheartedly.

Yes I have, I was babysitting with my younger sister when I was 13years old my sister was 11. It's a really long story, we were terrified, the house had been plunged into darkness, then this 'ghost' thing what ever you want to call it came down the stairs, walked at the back of the sofa that we were huddled together on and left the house through the locked back door. A moment later it was back along the same route through the living room and up the stairs without the door opening, then the lights came back on. When I looked at my sister she had been biting her lip so hard not to scream out she had bitten through it, we had to go to the hospital, she didn't speak for three weeks after the experience, then the doctor who was trying to get her to speak said we both had over active imaginations. We still talk about it to this day, we know what we experienced.

Possibly, when I was around 8y/o I was playing in my basement when I saw something. I remember it looking very similar to your sterotypical ghost. I'm not going to say that I know what it was though. Many people commited to a naturalistic worldview would dismiss my encouter as a hallucination. While that is possible the context of the situation really doesn't give me any reason to think I was hallucinating. Due to my religious views I don't belive ghosts to exist here, but it have possibly been a demon. I don't know what it was, but I know I saw something. I was so scared I was physically unable to move for about 3 seconds.

yes i have. i worked at night alone in the main school building. i used to work in a school that was on the site of an old mansion and i would see things flit by out of the corner of my eye and i would get the weirdest feeling of being watched. especially after one of the students and one of the councilors drowned in the lake behind the gym building which was separate from the main school building. but it seemed that most of the activity was in the the main school building

Yep, at a Gettysburg battlefield. Scared the !@#$ out of me! I wasn't the only one-there were others there. It was the real deal. I'm going back next weekend.

i havent seen any ghost but i only hear voices like people talking and woman screaming and sometimes i have a feeling somebody or something is stareing at me

This one time my husband was gone, so I was alone in our apartment with our then 9mos old daughter. So she was already in bed it was about eleven at night I went to bathroom to brush my teeth and then his toothbrush in the cup swirled around. That definitely meant someone was there.

i have seen sever beings from the afterlife including animals. i once lived in a house that had a portal it was very paranormal and have seen many and one spoke to me.
