The section on moderator bias was quite obviously edited by "Chosen by Grace"

No it looks like it needs some work. Not on the commercial part but on the anti part.
After all it is supposed to be the defintion of the subject. Not debate the pros and cons of it. If something cant be flatly documented then it should be mentioned as an opinion with a link to look elsewhere.

The criticism gives undue weight to "Chosen by Grace" and appears to be unsourced and probably doesn't belong in Wikipedia. Eventually, somebody will probably rewrite the article to take some of that out.
The Yahoo Answers article doesn't draw enough traffic, which is one major reason why its quality is low. Wikipedia articles that people read alot tend to also be the best articles and vice versa.
