The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 is the fastest, most powerful, and most expensive street-legal full production car in the world, with in excess of 1001 horsepower, and a top speed of 253.81 mph.
At over $1.4 million, it's out of my price range, unfortunately.

I don't know about the MOST advanced, but the Cadillac Northstar engined are pretty advanced. Some of the new ones don't even need a starter, it just senses which cylinder is in the right place, gives it some fuel and a spark, and it starts. Not to mention the variable valve timing and many other interesting technologies. I imagine the CTS has traction control and stability control too, though I'm not sure about it.

a bmw 7 series is far from the most sophisticated car these days. if you are talking about real sophisticated luxury cars, then you would be talking about rolls royce, mercedes maybach, or a bentley continental. bmw doesnt compare to these.

any car that can parallel park itself [lexus] or has a stupid knob that controls ALL functions[bmw] this trend for luxo garbage haulers needs to cease i mean come on people after a certain point this crap is just about engineers pulling their own strings and you rich turds eat it up, then whine like babies when it doesn't work or is so complex you can't use it
or it breaks so either shut up and drive or hire a chauffeur[at least he/she will clean out your portable pig sty's before they are brought in for service.
