The lesser awards -- Gold Gloves, Silver Sluggers, Edgar, Hank, Roberto, etc. etc., get tossed out over the next 2-3 weeks as the postseason concludes. (And, obviously, the ALCS, NLCS, and WS MVP Awards wait until their respective endings.)
The BIG awards, the ones we use to debate whether sportswriters are malicious or merely stupid -- the ROYs, CYAs, and MVPs (and Managers, but geez, does anyone ever really care about those?) -- are announced in November.

THey have been decided. They are voted for once the regular season is over. The annoucements will start to come out during the LCS. The comeback player of the years awards already have been annouced. With Carlos Pena winning the AL and I forget the NL.
