The Sims 2 Advice?

would that house be hard to construct? that's a nice house to me...i'm not a very good house builder on that game and it's been a while since i've played...or would it even be hard to build a modern-like house?

No. It shouldn't be very hard. Maybe a bit more difficult than some, but a bit easier than others.

It doesn't look too hard to design, but then again, my houses usually suck to me. If you can get better pictures of the lot, it'll make building it a little easier, otherwise, you'll have to guess.
