I feel bad for the Cubs, they should have at least made a fight of it, but Arizona outgunned them from can to can't. Just merciless...
And, note, I wanted the Brewers to take the NL Central. I'm neither pro-Cub nor anti-Cub. They just were not that good of a team, disguised by being the "least bad" of a weak division.
Sure, go ahead and sign ARod. Certainly he'll help. But the Cubbies need more than his awesome skill set if they want to hoist a championship banner above Wrigley Field.
