Bush was never over whelmed. He was born on third base and thinks he hit a triple. He was a looser till his dad's buddies chipped in $100,000 so he could buy into the Texas Rangers which he then sold for a cool $10 million What a hard working guy

There is a very old saying -- "Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely". This phenomena occurs regardless of the party affiliation of the person in question and anyone who thinks this only occurs with Democrats or Republicans or any specific group has no understanding of human nature or the entire history of mankind

I can't speak for Bush, but I personally know of a few people who should never be given any authority or power - it immediately adds about three hat sizes to their head.

You are the one who is supposed to ask the questions, and in answer to this question, NO he is not overwhelmed with power. This is what a President does that actually does something. This is in total contrast to the last one who partied instead of addressing anything.

Your question is nonsensical. You reference the US Presidency and then ask people in positions of less responsibility to respond. My answer is no because no one
has responsibility equal to that of the President of the United States.
