Orton is the logical choice as even HHH has been pushing for this as long ago as Summerslam.It's a quick clean finish to a swerve ball thrown at the WWE title.With Cena as a babyface champion having Orton as heel champ changes the outlook on Raw & freshens it up.It also sets up future feuds & angles with HHH, Mr Kennedy & some guy called Jericho lol.

Vince said history will be made so i think some one who's never had the title will get it and some one that ain't even in the title hunt picture kind of like how johnny nitro won the title when he wasn't even in the picture for the title

ditto for umaga, punk,batista, big daddy v. so no way they are getting it. probly put jobbers carlito and shelton benjiman and y2j if he comes and orton. orton will win.hardy kennedy,santino marrela, maybe ron simmons, if it aint orton vs kennedy, it will suck

i'd say Triple H or Jericho, for history to be made that is, unless they r thinkin bout uniting all 3 major championships, every1 else would just seem like an anti-climax
