It all depends on who's blog it is and what the content of the blog is....is it a friend of yours? do they tell funny stories? is the content something that usually interests you? do they talk politics all the time? is it full of fun facts? If the blog is from a friend of mine and/or the content is entertaining, they I would be motivated to read it....hope this helps.....=)

Nothing I don't read other peoples blogs, I don't post my own much either because I know most wouldn't care to read mine either. If I do post one it is usually something from deep thought not what happened today.
