Um, your question is a little vague, but I think you're talking about those paper fortune tellers, ie cootie catchers. here's a link to a good website http://www.girlpower.gov/girlarea/gamespuz/cootiecatcher.htm that will tell you how to make one; as for the fortunes you customize those to your audience. So if you're a jr. high girl it could be something like "there is a boy in your science class who likes you" or something like that.
