What is the worst company you ever dealt with ?

The worst phone company ever is Embarq they are terrible seriously the service is completely terrible !
The best phone company is TelWest...

I called early this morning at a neighbors house about their crappy service and told them my phone cut off in the middle of an important conversation. I was placed on hold for 17 minutes then again for 3 minutes next thing the lady says is I will send someone out by 7:15 this was a called made a 8:30 am...and it is 100 no one is here yet...I emailed them also the send this fabricated story saying someone is on their way then they give me a number to call HOW IN THE WORLD AM I GOING TO CALL them ! I pay them money to provide me with the best service as possible and they are always late with everything they were even late the first day to install the phone services...Emabarq is just terrible they also sent me a copied email several times saying please be patient...sure being patient enough but it is another story when they want their money on time and yet they don't provide repairs on time...it is a shame I swear it is...

I am angry that is why I just had to let it all out...I feel a little better though anyways

Union Bank. Irecieved a notice that I was late with a car payment. They had already cashed the check ( on the due date ) for that payment when I got the notice. Three weeks later I find a business card from a reposesor on my front door, the bank had sent him to get my truck. In that three weeks I made another payment with the check having been paid the same day the reposesor had come. Called the bank and was told I was still one month behind and should just pay my bill on time. They did not credit the previous months payment because I had forgotten to enclose the payment slip. I got a bad mark on my credit report over this. Then because I had not noticed the payment sli[p date they gave me credit for the previus month bcause I had put it in with this months payment. As not to show another late payment I had to immediatly send another payment. When I payed the full balance four months early ( encloseing all of the payment slips ) they would not show the loan as payed because they would not accpt payments more than 20 days early!

I have to say i`ve dealt with them for years and never used to have any problems but over the last 2 or 3 years they have been a pain to deal with. They don`t seem to get my billing right, if you ask them a question you get a different answer from each member of staff whether it`s the Scottish or Indian call centre. Last time i called because they had charged me twice for the boxing i ordered, then they said why don`t i change to direct debit! I said because then you would have just taken an extra £20 without me knowing. I`m going to try the football today on my laptop and if it`s good enough i`m going to sack `em off, as we say in the North. Edit. Why do Americans insist on making a comment on something they know nothing about!

At+t and SBC are both evil bast%rds. They want to charge you $50 for installation of something that was installed in 1964. Rotten!!!. Vonage saved the day.

there is only one phone company where i live and it has monopoly and we can only get certain cell phones and crappy internet service and expensive long distance. never trust any company that considers its self a co-op.
