You have lost one of the phases or legs supplying electricity to your house. Your house is wired with 240 volts and with one phase gone, only half of your house is being supplied with electricity. Recheck your main fuses or breaker. Check and see if your 240v. appliances are working, like your dryer or range. If you have lost a phase neither one will heat up. If resetting the breaker doesn't help call your power company.

When did you notice the problem?
Was the front section working properly before?
Did you actually flip the breakers all the way off and then back on?
Has something been done recently that might have affected the wiring?
And... are you in a mobile or modular home?
Ok, lets start with the obvious - did you actually flip the breakers all the way off, and then back on? Many times it can be difficult to tell whether a breaker is actually tripped... so it helps to physically turn it off, and reset it.
Next - since you mention "front section" .. let's assume you are talking about a mobile or modular home. These types of homes have connections (called crossovers) where the electric is run from the back half to the front half. They use a plug and end (common to the industry, but not found anywhere else) to connect the wiring. These wires are matched and numbered by the manufacturer... and occasionally get mismatched when the home is set up... or even forgotten, hehehe... Ive crawled under several to correct the wiring, and found this on more than one occasion. These wires are normally located at the ends of the home, along the marriage wall.. sometimes they are stuffed back up into the underbelly, and some times they are left to hang in the open.
Occasionally, I've found squirrels (or other 'varmints') have gotten into the crawlspace, and chewed into the wiring.
And Ive even seen them accidentally unplugged by other trades working under, or around the home.
So, I would start with the panel box, and then check the crossover wiring.
Good Luck

I had that happen at a house I lived in. Come to find out one of the wires coming from pole has a bad spot in it. I was only getting 110 volts into the house instead of the 220 which should have been there. Check to see if any of your 220 appliances ( clothes dryer, electric cook stove or water heater, central A/C )are working....if not....you got the same problem.
