i almost think that rush's mother wrote most of the other posts. you guys are very sad. i listen to him and sean occasionally. how anyone could listen to that hate filled, condescending crap is way, way beyond me. always a conspiracy, always looking over your shoulder. always discrediting someone who disagrees.
one of the first posters to this question, go go girl, belittled a young middle school kid, for sending $2000 worth of stuff to the military in iraq. but she defends rush, as well. sad.

Rush is no longer a drug addict. He's being monitored by the state of Florida and has come up clean. A war monger, certainly since that's the party line. A whore monger? I'm not sure about that one. I haven't heard about anyone coming forward with any allegations. But, if I made his money....

Rush Limbaugh is an entertainer. His program is about entertaining people with similar and opposing ideas in a Constitutionally guaranteed forum of free speech. His show is based entirely on his personal opinion; and his opinion either resonates with yours, or not.
The lively discussion, pro and con, is what drives the show. It is obvious that many people love the show, whether because they agree, or because they disagree and can get on the phone and cuss him out.
Either way, it is a free speech forum with lively discussion. It will stay on the air so long as the people like it, and the sponsors think it is drawing in customers to justify the advertising costs.
Finally, as free citizen in a free society, you are entirely free to like the show and watch it, or to dislike the show and watch it, or dislike the show and not watch it. It is not as though we are mandated by law to watch or approve of Rush Limbaugh or his show....

hey buddy, if you listened to his show on friday, he was asked about his drug use, and he explained that this month is the last month that he has to go to his probation officer and submit to a drug test, he said he has passed every one and he will not have to go back after this 18th visit. he said he is not tempted to do drugs again...you are certainly are misunderstanding rush if you think he is anything more than a RECOVERING addict..MK? are you surprised that he openly talks about his addiction? i bet you are, because your used to phoney people who try to hide their imperfections, rush is happy to admit he has flaws, libs would never be so open and honest. you know that and i know that..GOD BLESS RUSH LIMBAUGH...MAY HE LONG RUN AMERICA!!!

Rush has standards and doesn't make up lies against others like you do.
He may be misunderstood, but we can easily see what you are.

He is an entertainer doing his job. Creating controversy creates ratings. Nothing new.
