I have an 02 nissan sentra. I have an aftermarket guage that lets me know when the oil is getting to hot. Whenever I drive on the highway within 30 minutes I would feel the gas pedal shake and the wheel and brake pedal will become stiff. it has enough antifreeze in it. When I drive it on the local roads it wouldn't act up like this.

That is something that needs "Hans-On" to really find the problem! here are some things you can check:

1; "Brakes" Vacuum leak probably the large vacuum line going to the "Brake Booster Chamber" behind the brake master cylinder.

2; "Wheel" Steering? Power steering pump, fluid low, leak (one of the lines are bad), Fluid is dark & contaminated because the pump is going bad.

3; "Gas Peddle" (Strange one) problem at the "Throttle Body" possibily.

1st off, without proper diagnostics you cannot get a proper repair...with that being said...

2nd, I agree, take the oil temp guage and throw it at the person that sold it to you! Hopefully hitting them in the head.

3rd, take your vehicle to the nearest dealer and trade it for a real car, or tell the entire story of what it is doing to the shop manager and have them do proper diagnostics to fix your car. Better yet,,take them for a drive with you so they can feel and experience what the problem is with you.

Good luck and hope this helps

the coolant system needs to be blead and there is a vaccum leak in the intake to the brake booster or in the brake booster.
