help me please, when you buy an internal filter do fish need the spray bar or the tube looking thing! help.?

If the "tube looking thing" is for the intake and the spray bar is the outlet,then you need them both. The reason is to move the inlet further away from the outlet so the filter is not just cycling the same small bit of the water all the time.

If by spray bar you mean the bubble thing then that is for oxidizing the water. (putting o2 in the water)
