The old one. I think they had the best cast. Eddie Albert was a good bad guy.

The old one was better . . . a perfect Burt Reynolds vehicle . . . Adam Sandler is okay, but isn't much of a good ole boy . . .

I really liked the old one but the newer one was much funnier.
