Ben b, after suffering from a stomach virus i can't eat because it makes me sick or have terrible heartburn. Ain't complaing though as i have lost 1 1/2 stone.

why not eat after 7pm?
your laying down meaningless laws that controll your life, cause you read it somewhere.
eat when you want, and what you want.
Gain the knowladge to know, how many calories a kebab is, and how many minutes exercise you'd have to do tommorow, to burn it off.
Then, you can make your own, less general, rule driven descisions.
just a thought.

Why don't you eat after 7? Eat when you are hungry - life is too rubbish already to include food deprivation in the equation.

yes me, still!...Just finished off a pile of cream crackers with cheese and i didn't know i'd even eaten them.
Ever done that, turned around to reach for another and couldn't remember eating them...
