My father has had this problem for a long time - numberous PSA tests and Biopsy done - all normal, no prostate involvement....

I would have to assume its possible, but does anyone know with certainty if men can have an overactive bladder?

Urinary Syllogism:
Anyone with a bladder can have an overactive one.
Men have bladders.
Therefore, men can have overactive bladders.

Not really as the bladder is just a storage area but perhaps an active endocrine system coupled with a small bladder. (that would describe me anyway) I've had to pee a lot my whole life.

As long as PSA tests are normal and there is no discoloration or if its not a tiny amount there shouldn't be a problem.

Absolutely; we can. It's common among older guys to have either prostate problems or bladder problems.

"Saw Palmetto" dietary supplement really helps this problem in men (irritable bladder, overactive bladder, etc.).
