I doubt if anyone has a clue what you're talking about. 'Great' means outstanding in ability among other things. If that's the answer you're looking for then you're on the right track. To say someone is the 'greatest ever' needs some definition as to time frame. I'd have say in the political realm in the last decade she certainly has shown a degree of ability that can only be described as 'outstanding'. Does this help?

She is part of the Council of Foreign Relations whom are behind the destruction of the USA. The only reason why anyone would be behind her would be if they hated the USA.
