Martina McBride's Concrete Angel. It is about a little girl being abused and she dies. It is the most depressing, but meaningful song I have ever heard. :'(

"Torn Between Two Lovers" is always sad to me. I think it is from the 70's.

When she loved me by Sara McLachlan. She co-wrote it with Randy Newman for the movie Toy Story 2, and even though it's just a song from a kid's movie, it's the saddest song I know.

I find We Set The Fire To The Third Bar by Snowpatrol very sad. It might not be meant as a sad song, but it's very haunting and it hits close to home for me, so I find it as very sad.
