anytime my daughter wanted us to do something, she would say "just do it" she was 3 at the time. and that was 28 years ago.

Embarrassingly enough, "dude". I say it waaay too often, though lately I've caught myself and say it a lot less. Still, when I get excited "Oh my God! Dude! Let's do that!" Yeesh. There goes my English degree. Sometimes I can't even believe it's coming out of my mouth and at times like those I wind up saying it every other sentence. Same with "like" and "you know".
I also caught "Bob's your uncle" from an ex who grew up in northern England. I think it comes up because I have no words like it to end a particular response. Say, for example, someone says to me "How do I begin knitting?" I might answer "You go through the loop, keep that needle behind, put the yarn over, push the needle through, and Bob's your uncle." I guess "and you're good to go" would do it but I also enjoy Bob's your uncle more.

Well, I started say 'else' like 'elts' and I got that from my best friend. From some of my other friends I just randomly talk in a high pitched voice haha.

I don't know where I picked it up but as a teacher I should never say 'shut up' to my students, but on two occasions I have. It only shows I've lost control of myself.

"What the!!!!"
or
"peace out"
I used to never say those but I do all the time now.

OMG...I do that too. (Say "Exactly") And no offense to my friend, cause he is my friend obviously, but he is gay...so when I say it, I say it with a homosexual flair.
Crazy. LOL
