How do I configure my Yahoo news to get only political and international affairs info. No celebrity gossip!?

A good question. I feel the same as there is far to much personal abuse on here but as far as I know there is no way to stop anyone asking a question on the category of their choice. I do feel that if everybody had to put their e-mail address or Yahoo im this would soon stop.
