You spelled Pope - a title - with a capitol letter. Interesting. You spelled catholic with a lower case c. Spelled this way, the word catholic means universal. To refer to Christianity this way - catholic church - is to refer to the universal Christian church and not just a single denomination.

The only leader, or Pope, of the universal Christian church - all Christians everywhere - is Christ. You can refer to Him as Jesus or as YHWH. Either is equally correct.
