AJ you are sadly mistaken. I know it hard not to generalize when it comes to the zodiac but no Cancer are not too needy. Any way, Pisces usually go for Cancers. I am a Cancer and I get a lot of Pisces who just love me. And its not always a romantic thing, my friend has two Pisces children and I am not a big kid person myself, but her kids LOVE me.
