It depends on how you mean 'make sense'. If you mean what things are not the way that --I-- think that they should be, then just about everything.
If you mean it in the sense of 'are not logically and internally consistent consistent with all other things', then the answer is just about nothing.

The way I look at it, everything makes sense, or nothing makes sense.
Life is a chain, no matter which way you look at it, and if one thing makes complete, perfect sense, and you're intelligent enough to distribute your knowledge in other areas, then everything will seemingly make sense.
The domino effect, however, is also true if nothing makes sense.
This could very well be the basis of all philosophy... If something doesn't make sense to you (which would be why you're asking a question), you're either having problems distributing your knowledge to other fields, or we, as humans, are too humble to assume anything.

If everything made sense, the very concept of philosophy wouldn't be.

Intolerance. People who try to force their religious beliefs on others. Bigotry. Greed. I wish we all could just "live and let live."

Religion, god created by man, (with humans' imagination - give a name, form sex and attributes as if we know god more than s/he, it knows itself) -
really do not make sense.
Include fantasies and concepts with no reference except imagination.
