They will probably damage your credit rating which will cost you more in the long run.
Sprint SUCKS !!!!!! I had them for many years and they just simply suck. DON'T give them the satisfaction of ruining your credit ... wait it out, then cancel on the day your contract expires. MAKE SURE they don't have you set up to auto-renew and don't make any changes to your plan. One of Sprints scams is if you make ANY changes to your plan at all then they add another 2 years to your contract.
Go with Verizon afterwords ... MUCH better than Sprint.

It will go to collections. If you don't pay collections, they can take you to court, if they are so inclined. But they would more likely just let your ruined credit speak for them. You will not be able to get anything else on credit until you pay it off. Also, you won't be able to rent a new home, car, etc. I would set up a payment plan with them to pay off the early-disconnect fee. And stick to it, or they'll send it to collections if you miss a payment. Better to set up a payment plan than ruin your credit. Learned that a long time ago with some health bills. I would pay off one entirely and then pay off another entirely...the ones that were latest ended up going to collections. It was a mistake I don't care to repeat!

Your credit will be wrecked and it will follow you. Void the contract, pay the early cancellation fee and then get yourself a Go-Phone by Cingular now the new AT&T.
No contracts and you can get unlimited night and weekends with unlimited mobile to mobile with nationwide coverage and 600 anytime minutes for 69.99 a month. Check them out!

as a supv at sprint i will let u know that etfs are non negotiable. if you live in sprint or nextel coverage u will be charged to cxl. if u don't pay ur etfs then we WILL send u to an oca after 110 days. for every mo u r late leading up to the 110 days u will incur a 5% late fee. once it's on ur credit it's ther for 7 years. if u have a friend/family member to take it over in a different area u might avoid the hassle but U will be charged to cxl no matter how many x's u call in cause it is the policy of the company.

Depends on how long you been with them. If its less than a month nothing you can cancel anytime up to 30 days for free. If its after they will wait 90 days and then send it to a collection agency IE your credit score will go down.

Hi....yes You will be tortured, stoned, spanked, and eventually shot!!!!! Lol, don't be silly girl, go ahead and take your medicine, pay off the early cancellation fee and get it over with. Don't get yourself involved with collection agencies and credit reporting procedures against you. Get it over with and find yourself a better carrier. Good Luck;)

If you cancel early you will have to pay and they can refer you to collections. But if service has been really poor you can try arguing with their customer service and threaten them with an attorney. That could work.

No matter how large or small an account it, you always want to be in good standing with your bills. Once you get bad credit it is hard for you to do things.
Think about your decisions before you act.
