if i have a camcorder and if i accidentally shot a video of something unsual or something like; evidence,mysterous crashes or accidents,how much can i sell it to a reporter if they badly needs it ?

You sell it to a network or news station. Not a reporter. A retired Navy Captain video-taped an industrial explosion near Las Vegas years ago while he was staying at an RV campground and got paid thousands for the footage.

I think it depends how much the paper is prepared to pay for it. Offer it to more than one and you will get a better price. But its a bit like asking "how long is a piece of string"
