The answer is neither. Buy yourself some Calci-Vita which come in a tube of effervescent tables which you pop into a glass of water and drink!
The best Vit C supplement is still eating a good old orange.

Well, tablets have an undesireable additive (all except Pure Essence brand) called magnesium stearate that makes them go through the machine more readily & capsules are made of boiled pig hooves (gelatin) unless they are labeled "vegetarian." However, generally speaking, capsules are more readily dissolved & used by our bodies.

Vitamin C powder (ascorbic acid or buffered calcium ascorbate) is a tangy, more natural alternative. Just mix with water or juice. Also you might like Emergen-C, a fizzy vitamin drink powder available in several flavors.

It's best to eat or drink a food/beverage rich in vitamin C, such as orange juice or Naked Food Juice Well-Being drinks.

If you can't do that, get Emergen-C packets that have 1,000 mg vitamin C. It will be labeled as such.

Better still if you get it as a tablet that you put in water as your body will absorb more of it.

Capsules are better because they are absorbed better.
