What do you do when you see a police car behind or near you?

haha yeah i do that. If they drive by me in the oncoming lane then I just laugh, cuz i'm most likely high or something. i say in my head "heh heh.... dumb popo doesnt know" and then i thank my LUCKY STARS HE DOESNT

I usually ***** at them because I have watched people drive by at like 100mph while they are telling me about a tail light or something silly. I think that they should just put video cams as surveillance and ticket/notify people like they do in Germany. They have them all over Anne Arundel County Maryland, but they couldn't get the authorization to use them for policing. I think its a good idea, a little less private but they can catch speeders, and let you know if something isn't working properly on your car without stopping you from going home or getting to work or to an appointment on time...get my drift? Its like the pressures are going up and there is no relief so when cops pull us over, even to help us we blow a gasket because usually we are ON the road, or going fast because we need to be somewhere and things are not working according to plan. :) Take Care-Rachel.

i freak out, i have a loud muffler so when a police car is near i have to lay off the throttle, so im going down the road usually about 10 mph because i cant give it any gas or else i'll be too loud and get pulled over. it probably looks weird but i never get stopped

I'm a lot more careful. I was driving late at night on a nearly empty street and a cop came up behind with his lights on. I nearly had a panic attack. Thankfully, he was heading somewhere else.

I freak out and think, "Omg, am I going the speed limit?!" "Are all my tags current?!!" Basically, I panic for a moment then I regain my composure and "attempt" to look normal ahahaha.

I've passed many Highway Patrol on the interstate. I look at them and wave. I have nothing in my car so it doesn't bother me.
