try WD- 40. I know it sounds like a redneck answer but I had goo on my windows left from a sticker and it came off!

Get a regular hand-held clothes steamer. Steam the decal for a couple of seconds. The wet heat melts the glue and you should be able to peel it off relatively easily. Use Goo be Gone (Walmart) to get any straggling sticky off. Note: Don't use the steamer if your trying to get a decal off a window and your windows are tinted. The steamer can (might not) take the tint off. Just use a razor and that Goo be Gone stuff in that case. Good Luck!

If they're not tinted or have a defrost strip just use a single edge razor and scrape a little at a time. If they're tinted or have the defrost strip then get some wd-40 or goo gone, apply and let soak in , scrape gently with a credit card ( very carefully ).

I have been told a hair dryer works well on both glass and paint.
