There were a few high ranking Saudis and other Middle Easterners in the US on Sept. 11th. The US govt sent them out of the country because their presence might have caused unrest, and they did not want the bad press of these people being attacked or protested here in the US.

It's amazing how many libs, who were shocked, shocked that Japanese were put in camps because of their heritage were upset that Muslims and Bin Laden family members were not singled out because of their heritage.

It was reported they were escorted out in fear of vigilante justice from Americans that were infuriated over hearing Bin Ladin was involved.
