I have read somethings that say the woman will be closed off with her feelings but I really am not like that. If you mean a lot to me I let you know many times.

You two are very different. Rarely is a man more emotional then a women, but this case it may be turned around. You will enjoy Aquarius' friendliness and sociable personality, which will make you feel loved, but there is a cold element of Aquarius. If you open your feelings to them, they may just go "yeah" and shrug it off, or change the subject. They may not always say "I love you" either. They don't feel comfortable with emotions, or the downside of life.
You guys will work well if you make a comprimise here, try to be a little less emotional and enjoy Aquarius' light hearted ways, and if they can learn to understand your feelings a little more (they do understand people, but its just not as emotional as a water sign say), you will have a good relationship.
Anyway, astrology does not dictate that you can't have a relationship. It just points out areas to work on with the differences in signs.

Hmmm According To Astrology Aquarius & Cancer are Not Compatible. I'm a Aquarius Woman and I seem to attract a lot of Cancer Men and I've dated a lot, you can't just compare sun signs, you need to compare both of your birth charts, I found out the reason I attract Water Sign Men is because I have a lot of Water/Earth Signs in my birth chart and even though my sun sign is Aquarius, I can relate to water signs easily and me personally I say yes Aquarius & Cancer couple are very compatible, because every relationship needs work, understanding, and commitment. Astrology is good and all, but I never really go by the compatibility reading, I'd rather choose for myself who I'm compatible with.

I was with an Aquarius and can honestly say after about the 1st 3 months we weren't happy. Not because we didn't love each other, we did very much, we just didn't have the same view on life and everything. He's really distant and that really bothered me. He ended it and took it pretty easy actually. I didn't of course. But that was our problem, he was just so empty and never really understood. If you guys can work everything out and actually be happy then there's always a chance of it working(: We were together for almost a year. A couple week's short. Cancer Sun Taurus Moon

Chances are you're a bit too free wheeling for him. So, the two of you would have to focus on whether he could keep up with you. He could be a bit jealous of your relationships with the opposite sex. You might have to make some concessions to his clinging to family and hearth.

cancers are very sensitive and Aquarius tend to hurt their feelings making them less apt to fell comfortable enough to be open
