not all bikers break the law but 95% does, illeagal exhaust, drinking while riding,50% are high and holding, they park anywhere they want, block sidewalks,no respect for the highway,or other drivers, they think its cool to make all that noise and scare folks, now here is the good part ,they do it under the laws nose and the law thinks its OK!.go to about any bar and see whats parked outside, scooters and the riders are inside getting drunk or almost drunk and not all of them are drinking some are high and then at 3:00 in the morning they all leave and wake all for the next 20 miles. the police think this is acceptable, tell you what put on a set of straight pipes on you car and 3:00 in the morning fire that baby up and pull on the road and stand in it, then call you lawyer you are in jail in 30 minutes or less, yet the bikers do it all the time and the police thinks its cool " ALL YOU POLICE OFFICEIR, WHY ARE YOU AFRAID OF THE RIDERS, why are they above the law? or are they the law? poof!

I don't know where you're from but in Elhart, IN bikers get harrassed hard, everyone I know who rides tries to avoid Elkhart as much as possible.
I guess to answer your question, it depends on where you live, so if you don't like it, move.

I dont now where you live but around here not all the bikers do as you say. Yes some may be parked outside of bars but the majority of them are not getting drunk or high. And just how many bars have cars parked outside of them? Are all the drivers inside getting drunk or high? I live not too far from a bar and I hear all kinds of noise from people who are drunk and walking. The men and women who ride bikes are for the most part some of the best people I have met. They are not all Outlaws or Hells Angels.

How is the exhaust illegal, I live in California and we have laws about the types of pipes you can install. The pipes serve a purpose, we know you can't see us so you will damn well hear us. I totally disagree with the lack of respect for other drivers, we have to watch you guys all the time, front, back and both sides, in reality it is the drivers of cars that have no respect for bikers.
In California it is legal to split lanes (drive between cars) yet I see many drivers that will pull as close to the center line as possible to keep me from doing so, my bike is air cooled, I can not sit in traffic letting my motor heat up, when you see one coming in your rear view mirror pull over a bit and let him by.
We do NOT think it is cool to make the noise, we think it is COOL to let you know that you are pulling into our lane and we are there, would you prefer that we have normal pipes and then carry a baseball bat to swat your car when we get to close? Pay attention to what is around you and you wont be startled the next time a bike passes you by.

Boy I am sick of exagerations...I have heard a million of them this week.
Seriously, you watch too much television. I ride with a wide variety of bikers. Most are professionals in business, and ride for the ride. NONE do any of what you say.
Sure there are bikers who do, but they are probably the 5% rather than the 95%

You develop an marvelous factor. i'm no longer a lawyer or professional on the regulation, yet i might say that legally, a individual is authorized to make a "citizen's arrest", and that i've got faith that they do sometimes - whilst it is composed of an un-armed civilian doing some thing stupid. in many cases even with the undeniable fact that, from what I even have suggested, it relatively is in many cases protection guards, or some form of shop protection workers that in many cases accomplish that. I do have faith that there could desire to be no explanation why a individual can no longer legally make a citizen's arrest on a cop who's clearly breaking the regulation. although, and it relatively makes me ill and indignant, yet right here in the U. S., a minimum of over the final 20 (approx) years, they have been by some skill empowered way up and above something that a Public Servant, paid by the taxpayers to "Serve and take care of" them must be. Have any of you ever study or heard on the information, etc... (and that i'm specific you all have), some tale or yet another of a cop shooting and killing a civilian, or chasing them on a "intense speed chase", the place the single being chased, or maybe now and returned an harmless motive force or pedestrian in the incorrect place on the incorrect time is heavily injured or killed? And what in many cases happenes to the cop, asssuming he/she did no longer kill himself in the technique? He/she gets placed on "paid administrative leave" mutually as the incident is under analyze. nicely, that "paid administrative leave" sounds a minimum of a paid holiday. almost looks as though a cop desires to take their family participants away on a holiday, there is fairly an incentive to kill some citizen, as a fashion to get the holiday. And the end results of the analyze is forever that it became "justified". So, whilst a police officer actually has a license to kill - with out outcomes (yet favorable to him/hjer), i does not think of it too clever to purpose to make a electorate arrest, or to even do something to annoy them. via fact the regulation ought to declare one component, yet whilst it comes right down to it, ninety 9% of the time, the cop will pass freely decrease back to artwork or on a paid holiday, mutually as you pass off to penal complex at suitable, or land up ineffective at worst. I completely agree that some thing desires to be performed approximately this undesirable concern that we are in, yet as to what? and how? i might like to renowned myself.

Maybe instead of staying up to 3 AM watching bikes in parking lots, you can use that time to learn how to write a paragraph or two instead of an unreadable rant disguised as a run-on sentence.
