People who sell or have sold Avon-- Do you turn in what you make on your taxes? If so, when? Every 3 months? At first of year when you do your normal taxes? Do you have to pay state and federal?

Report all earnings, inventory, losses as you normally would to your accountant once a year as usual when you get your taxes prepared.

As an AVON representative, you are considered by law to be an independent consultant and, at least in GA, you don't have to have a business license. If you work out of your home and have a home office, portions of your utilities, gas, mileage, and household expenses can be deducted. Your uplines may not know what the current rules are (especially for military situations). Your best bet is to get with an accountant who knows the current tax laws regarding independent contractors.

I reported what I sold & everything. Your district manager & your upline leader has all that info. Plus what deductions to take. I think you can even find it on the Avon dealer's web site. You'll need to know your district #, your account #, and your password. Try this:
http://www.youravon.com

I hope this helps.
Any way when you get into the web site,
Click on the place that says: Site Map
This should get you where & what you need.
