i read one of the answers in the snowboarding section saying......if you buy all burton and expensive stuff for boarding,, you'll be looked down as a snowbunny....this only is referred to girls/women...i'm confused......

A snowbunny is a person you see on the slopes looking very fashionable and rediculously overdressed at the same time. Personally, I like wearing just bibs and other stuff like that that people lable as "dorky", but its comfortable and keeps you dry. And just for the record, I spend about $3,000 a year for equipment because I want to buy good stuff so I don't get hurt. Hope this helps!

A snowbunny is a female, frequently cute and usually a skier, for whom appearance is more important than actually skiing.
