Does anyone knokw for sure what the will happen to someone convicted of fraud.?

it was forging someone's signiture and that is it. Would there be jail time or jsut probation?

Depends on a lot of factors. How much was the loss? What if any record does the defendant have? In California, it can be a misdemeanor or a felony. It can be probation, it can be jail, or community service, a fine, restitution and if serious enough prison. Need more details.

should be forgery and you should be locked up for twenty years.
