Wow.

echo, echo, echo...

I thought there would be some answers to this question.

I am sure there will be soon enough.

Okay.

Delegation of responsibility in no way frees you of your burden to yourself.

You will always feel responsible but to the world you are are pretty much without fault should things go wrong or even slightly askew.

Blame is game of the people who want accountability for every leaf that falls or every feather that blows in the wind.

I can say that for many in the world giving away burdens has given them the convenience they want in life. The get the bill EFT'd. their taxes don for them, their laundry dry cleaned, eat take out Chinese and so on. So in that respect, they do seem free, until they get their bills and notice a button missing from their blouse and receive Moo Shoo Pork instead of the vegetable platter. Then, they get to call and complain and the burden is back.

The moral of this is nothing is truly free but a free will. (E. Kant)

Oh no! There is the monitoring of their journey, the cheering of their accomplishments, the ever watchful eye that refuses to intervene no matter what the cost. When an Eagle watches her young leave the nest, it does so from a far away branch that is just within eye site. If the young plummet to the earth in a heap, so be it, if it soars into the sky, it joins them from a distance, but never impacts their movements with new input. The class is over, and now they live! The notion of non-action is more difficult to do than jumping in and spoon feeding them till they get it right.
