I've just bought "Dandelion" by Benefit. I bought it as a blusher but it says on the packet to dust it over the entirety of your face. I've have quite oily skin so I normally apply powder over my foundation. So my question is...

Do I use "Dandelion" over, under or instead of powder?

I love Dandelion & tend to apply it over my normal benefit face powder. I use it on my cheeks to give a lovely hue & sometimes I'll add a little to my forehead, tip of my nose or chin. Because of the pale shade, you can easily use this powder as an illuminator, which is why the packaging says you can use anywhere. I think it would be a bit too much to use it all over your face though.

As for your oily skin, using Dandelion should be fine, but as I said, keep using your normal powder as I do, and just add touches of Dandelion over it.

You can use it over face powder where needed or desired. See how it wears on your cheeks first because the oils from your skin might make it change into a deeper color.

use it over your powder. you can use it as a blush, like..on the apples of your cheeks..it might be a bit too pink and shimmery to be used as a powder only. =]
