Yeah, I was watching Ball State-Central Michigan today, and one guy was 150 pounds and played very well.
You're just gonna have to work harder than most other players, but clearly you have the desire.
Plus, you're only a sophomore. It's likely you'll hit a growth spurt or two before college. You could wind up weighing over 200 pounds!!!

You can definitely play college football at your size. Trindon Holiday is a freshman WR at LSU and he is 5'5" and 165lbs. However, your 40 time is going to have to be increased drastically because you don't have the size or the strength to be a power back. You do have the potential to be a slash back that can line up in the slot.

you still have 2 more years left in high school so if you can get stronger and better i would say you have a good chance even if it is at a dv.2 or 3 school

Highly unlikely. You are too small and too slow. Maybe a junior college at best and even that would be a challenge for you.

And yes, anyone can play college football. It's called intramural.
