Some strong points that are good to mention:
Learning quickly, a good eye for detail, good math skills, ability to focus & concentrate, and good problem-solving skills.
Some weak points that won't sound too awful are:
Not a good speller (like using week when you mean "weak"), losing track of time when performing a task, or a tendency to take charge.

A good weak point is: I often get too wrapped up in my work to notice other things around me. When I don't have someone to call me off I can frequently work long into the night before I realize what time it is.

Always make your "weak point" a strong point. Such as, "I tend to work overtime or even bring work home to make sure the job is done." As for strong points, always include an unusual one, like, "I always keep trying to better my marathon times," and leave it at that.

i am very open to people soo i would say "my week point is that i talk a lot and my strong point is that even thought i talk in never forget my duties and responsibilities and keep on blabbing........."
