You bet I do. I usually start at about 4:00PM. I know it takes at least 45 minutes per pound, if you want it to come out tender. I LIKE lots of garlic on it. Big hunks, the fresh kind. It's pretty hard, for the first 3 hours, then it softens up. Timing is critical, if you WANT it right. Then, I get really busy, and start pulling it apart with 2 forks. A little BBQ sauce, and it's a tasty treat in a sandwich. WHAT were you thinking?? You can pull your pork also. It's a tasty dish.

Yes, pulling taffy is fun.

It's the final step in making taffy. Stretching it out and folding it in half, then stretching and folding again, over and over, until you may reach the point of exhaustion.
Pulling taffy aerates it, or incorporates many tiny air bubbles throughout the candy. This makes it lighter and chewier.
