Both the previous ODI was to a large extent decided by team winning the toss and batting first.
So today as well team batting first will have a huge advantage.
Also i feel that Sri Lanka should play an extra spinner preferably a leggie.
For England to win they should open with Cook and Bell with Shah or Pietersen at No 3 with Mustard batting in middle order is a must.Also Boppara should be replaced by either Wright or Panesar.
Finally looking at things I will say England are slight having the momentum

i think of England will win, yet Sri Lanka have a stable danger because of the fact England would be laid returned somewhat greater, because of the fact they have gained the sooner or later international sequence. i think of great will take some necessary wickets, and get some necessary runs on the tip of the activity, with Bopara returned.
