Actually, having a female president send an openly gay man to Iran is insane. I don't have a problem with either of the two, personally, but they publicly hang gays there and women are treated as property.
The modern Iranians are pretty tolerant, but their government is not at all.

To Iran? No it will not happen. I have it on good authority from long time Iranian friends that they do not sell pink panties nor have bath houses in Iran.
