in football i take a lot of shots there and it hurts the trainer said i needed some abs to absorb the blows can any one help me get some

As far as the flab goes, that means reduction of body fat -- fewer calories while continuing to build and maintain lean muscle mass by physical exercise. The easiest way to get six-pack abs, especially at a young age, is to do sit-ups in bed at night, on the mattess. Just throw back the blankets and go to it. Clasp the hands behind the head and do a situp without bending the knees. Touch the left knee with the right elbow. Next time you come up, touch the right knee with the left elbow. Continue at this until you're doing a hundred, then do a hundred a night for a month.

its the oldest cheesiest work out movie ever...but it totally helps!!! its called 8 minute abs. its amazing...look it up on half.com and you might be able to find it.

Go to Mexico and buy implants. Liposuction will usually remove most of the flab.

Or I guess you could do situps and pushups if you don't want to pay for surgery...
