I think Henry - or Harry as seems to be the vogue - is currently exploring a part of South Africa with, confusingly, the name Chelsea (misspelled Chelsey by the press) which is an area of London.

Any Prince Henry in particular? There have been quite a few of them, at least two of which were nicknamed "Henry the Navigator."

Henry the navigator, Portugese, kinda reclusive. Never went to many places-- he mainly ammassed information in a methodical fashion. This information made it possible to sail south, then east then north around Africa to get to India. He is why the Portugese didn't fund Chris Columbus, They were more sure of Henry's information than chris's theories.
