i just dont want to be over dressed or under dress it is not so cold i want to be comfortable

Yes it is OK.You could also wear like nice looking black pants and like a good looking shirt or you could wear good jeans and a multicolored shirt like my mom does.

Realizing, of course, that corporate cultures have loosened up over the past few years, I still like the rule of thumb that you dress for your interview as if you are interviewing for a job the next level up. Naturally, this is impacted by the type of company you're interviewing with, their corporate culture, etc. If you're going to wear pants, I would make them black or navy. Couple it with a button-down blouse (colors are fine) and at least bring along a jacket/blazer that you can put on if you feel you need to once you arrive.

I wouldn't wear pants to an interview but some people do.
I would wear a suit with a skirt and I normally wear a plain shell with it and only minimum jewelry like a small diamond hummingbird pin.

Secretaries wear blouses .
If you want a manager job ,
Dress like one .
