Does anyone know of any pages that I can go to that has a free ultima online server download? If you don't know anything about ultima online and don't have any answers for me then don't reply!

There are tons of free servers out there which is usually what people ask about. They want to play UO from the client side.

But you seem to be asking about the server software. Running a UP server for people to log into. The most common two would be
RunUO http://www.RunUO.com
UOX http://www.UOX3.org
